The Figline Estate expands over approximately 70 hectares of one of the most striking areas in the Tuscan countryside: the Valdarno region. The Estate is composed of one main villa, which dates back to the Renaissance, and six farmhouses, recently restored with utmost attention to every detail. A Renaissance chapel and 2 tennis courts (that can be used by all guests of the estate), complete the Estate. The Estate is located around 1 km from the town of Figline Valdarno, where all the essential amenities (shops and supermarkets, banks, restaurants, post office, hospital) can be found. The location is particularly convenient as it allows to reach Florence in 30 minutes (28 km). 2 regular tennis courts to share with all the guests Private parking available ===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION ===== Villa Accioly is a two storey classic Tuscan Villa. A large entrance at the ground floor gives access to a large sitting room with fireplace, a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast room and a guests’ bathroom. On the first floor you can find a living room with library and a fireplace, a cozy twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a master bedroom with dressing room and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and another double bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub and shower. This house has a particularly nice view of the surrounding Tuscan landscape. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Dependance A delightful "cottage" situated next to the main building, with a nice sitting room with fireplace, large dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, on the ground floor. On the first floor, a double bedroom with private bathroom, a twin bedroom with private bathroom and a single bedroom sharing the bathroom with the double bedroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The private swimming pool is open from May 4th to October 12th. Small/medium size pets are allowed upon request (with an extra fee). No smoking inside the villa. Our Opinion This 6 bedrooms villa is located close to Florence and not far from the Chianti area, Siena and San Gimignano, all easily reachable through panoramic roads or motorway. This Villa with its dependance is a perfect accommodation for a group of friends or a family gathering. The private garden and the private pool are large and have a lots of privacy. On the ground floor a large entrance hall opens onto a spacious living room with fireplace. This is followed by a spacious dining room and a breakfast room.
