A very quiet and clean bedroom available in a bungalow, situated in the Suffolk village of Exning; with three friendly pubs which serve food and real ales. Convenient location for Cambridge,both Newmarket racecourses, Tattersalls,Rossdales Equine hospital the A14 and A11 and A142 for University City of Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds and Ely. A quiet double room. The property is in a cul-de-sac with ample parking in a very quiet and safe village. All three pubs are in walking distance as well as the village shop and Church. Guests have full use of the kitchen, lounge and garden. I work locally and am often at home during the day. I like to help and chat whenever possible to ensure my guests have the most enjoyable and relaxing time. A very friendly and quiet village. A safe environment. Surrounded by countryside.
