The barn is situated on the North Norfolk coast, in the coastal village of Happisburgh, surrounded by idilic views over open farm land. It is situated off the B1159 coast road from Ingham to Bacton. Happisburgh has an iconic red-and-white striped lighthouse, which is the only independently operated lighthouse in Great Britain. It is also the oldest working lighthouse in East Anglia having been constructed in 1790. It is open to the public during the summer. Other attractions include; an owl sanctuary, St Mary's church, the local public house and café's. Happisburgh has sandy beaches that are a ten minute walk from the barn. Sorry,adults only.
