Walks literally from the door, with connecting footpaths running through fields towards the village, which has a dog friendly pub serving great pub grub! Good biking also in this area & storage available for bikes on request. Dogs welcome but kept downstairs at all times please. Stylishly fitted out with brand new king size bed (white bed linen & fluffy towels), seating and eating areas and lovely bathroom (walk in shower). Underneath private kitchenette Studio with separate bathroom, kitchenette and bike storage. Ample parking Space for boots and coats Available all the time either via txt, email or phone - or pop in and see me if you have any questions Great village with lovely pub serving food. 3 other village pubs within a mile. Car is recommended - although there are great cycling routes locally. My family and I live next door. There is a lovely park with playground just 2 mins down the road. The market town of Holmfirth (home of Last of the Summer Wine) is 10 mins drive and has a great selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. Leeds and Manchester both easily accessible from Huddersfield train station (10 min drive to station and 20 / 30 mins on the train)
