Oak Tree House - Double Private Bathroom

Oak Tree House is a small cosy B&B with a choice of continental or full English breakfasts by an expert cook. In summer breakfast can be taken on our patio. We have 2 x Double Bedrooms with either a shower ensuite or full bathroom adjacent. Off road parking, free wifi, tea and coffee making facilities in bedrooms, TV's also available in bedrooms. Situated not far from A3(M) in a quiet close. This double room has an private bathroom with bath, but no shower. There is a TV, free wifi and tea and coffee facilities. A continental breakfast is included. The B&B is located in a quiet residential area just off the A3(m)
