L’Angeliere (house’s name) is a distinguished example of the region’s architecture. The original structure dates back to the 1700's and has been recently renovated while keeping with the French rural style: stone walls, exposed wood beams, original Normandy tile floors, and 4 open fireplaces. An idyllic charm coupled with modern day amenities. (WIFI) Guests have full access to the entire 3-story house, garden sunroom, and a vast secluded walled garden. Caretaker or owner may be available for guests on site for arrival or check-out depending on arrival and departure times. L’Angeliere is the place for you to enjoy and spend unforgettable moments while exploring the unspoiled Perche countryside. The area is easily accessible by train but it is essential to have a car. The estate comfortably hosts 5-12 people with a lovely garden, glasshouse with garden furniture and an inner courtyard perfectly suitable for kids to play. The delightful kitchen is the heart of the house and is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, 4-burner stovetop, dishwasher, and washer & dryer, and more. The living room is filled with natural light and comfortably furnished with antique furniture and windows opening onto the garden and hidden terrace. The library, or second family room offers a collection of books for adults and children. It is a perfect nook, to plan your day-to-day trips. Linens and towels are provided. 6 bedrooms with new comfortable beds (4 double beds, 2 with two singles in each). Each room has its unique personality, with views on the hamlet, the garden, or the neighboring chateau. There are 3 ½ baths, one of which is en suite. A patio for lounging on garden furniture, dining & drinking al fresco, a BBQ, and ample grounds for playing outdoor games: Ping pong, bocce ball (Petanque), and croquet.
