This gorgeous 1 bedroom home is entirely newly renovated. From floors, to the bathroom, and the garden. A bright and airy space. We hope you enjoy your stay and we will try to make it as pleasant as possible. NO CLEANING FEE! Our one bedroom house is very private. Ideal for a family, but very suitable for extra guests. You will have your own private entrance and private balcony overlooking your lovely and private garden which looks toward the quiet street. The brand new deck with patio furniture is ideal for outdoor cooking in our BBQ. There is a full kitchen that includes everything from the microwave, to the stove, to all the silverware needed to enjoy a nice meal. IMPORTANT! -Has a connecting door to our other BNB, "Cute & Cozy Studio Apt" which gives larger families the opportunity to fit comfortably while still being on the same property. Other times the door is completely locked and soundproofed. -We offer amenities for our guests who keep Shabbat, like a Shabbat platter and much more. In this home there is a washer available which is already included in the price of your stay. Right outside the space there is an area to hang your clothes for drying. Both the television in the living room as well as in the bedroom are available for your use. You are also welcome to sit in the garden and outside sitting area that is very private and is a wonderful place to enjoy a full breakfast or just a nice cup of coffee. Hello I'm Ronit and I live with my husband and 3 children. My husband and I are originally from Israel, but we moved to the U.S a long time ago and that is where our children were born. We made Aliya a few years ago back to Israel and we live right behind the BNB. So if our help is ever needed we are available pretty much on the spot. Attractions, how to get there, what the wifi password is, and more. Our daughters will also be available to babysit if you want to enjoy a night out. We also offer breakfast, rides to the train station, and more for a fee. Our neighbourhood in Zichron Yaakov is beautiful and only a few minute walk from our famous "Midrachov" or boutique promenade. There are many cafes, restaurants, bars, along with shops also for souvenirs. A lot of historic spots in Zichron. The space is located right at the center of Zichron and it's pretty close to everything. Great views and the beach is only a 10 minute drive away. There is also "Mall Zichron" with many more restaurants and also a new movie theatre. If rides are needed we can talk and arrangements can be made. Enjoy our beautiful historic area. Our lovely house can accompany 7 guests (not including the childrens' crib of course), meaning 1 queen bed in the master bedroom (2 guests). In the living room there is a double sofa bed (2 guests), a bunk bed (2 guests) and one single bed (1 guest) that will be opened at your request.
