Rusholme Grange self contained cottage is at the heart of an arable family farm surrounded by beautiful open countryside. The cottage offers spacious accommodation for four people in a large double bedroom with king size bed, and twin bedroom, and family bathroom on the first floor. On the ground floor is a very well equipped kitchen, dining room and sitting room. We are ideally located for Selby, Goole,York, Hull, Leeds or further afield whether you are on holiday or working. It has it's own car parking, garden and entrance. The cottage is completely self contained, sharing no facilities. The cottage offers spacious accommodation for four people in a large double bedroom with king size bed, and twin bedroom, and family bathroom on the first floor. On the ground floor is a very well equipped kitchen, dining room and sitting room. Your nearest neighbour will ge my husband, Phil the farmer, and myself, who live next door in the farmhouse, otherwise no neighbours! Since July we are adhering to enhanced cleaning protocols for the safety and comfort of our guests. We will maintain a 2 metre social distance from you for the duration of your stay. We are ideally located for Selby, Goole,York, Hull, Leeds or further afield whether you are on holiday or working. Excellent access to the M62 which is only 6 miles away We offer a warm welcome to guests with flowers, tea and coffee provided. We live next door to the cottage so we are on hand for any tourist advice. Farmer Phil is always happy to take guests for a walk around the farm and wind turbines. We will however maintain a 2 metre social distance from you at all times for your health and well being. We are very rural being situated on a farm between the Rivers Ouse and Aire yet we have great access to the M62 Car A car is essential for staying here
