Stylishly decorated and luminous, spacious 1 bedroom flat in refurbished Victorian building. Located in a quiet, residential area with free street parking. 10 minutes walk from charming Leamington Spa city centre, and with easy access to train and bus connections. The flat has a beautiful large living room with high ceilings, well lit with large, french vitraux windows, that open on to a small front garden that is part of the property. Fully equipped kitchen and newly refurbished bathroom. The flat is located in the ground floor of a charming Victorian building which is on a quiet residential street 10 minutes walk from the Parade street, the High Street of Leamington Spa (0.5 miles). Its location has the best of both worlds: quiet and peaceful neighborhood with pubs, independent cafes and small shops within walking distance from the buzz of the city centre. It has been consistently praised by guests as sparkling clean and due to the current situation we are taking extra care to make sure all frequently touched surfaces are being disinfected between reservations. As you enter the flat, there is a spacious and luminous living room with high ceilings and Victorian style features such as colourful stained glass windows -vitraux- and ample mantelpiece. The large windows open to a front patio which is part of the flat. The TV has access to our Netflix account but no cable. The bedroom has a King size bed, side tables and cupboard with hangers and space for clothes. It is luminous and spacious. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with all necessary amenities including a four top gas cooker, newly fitted oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, espresso coffee maker and utensils for cooking. The bathroom is newly refurbished and beautifully decorated with all needed amenities, including a large bath. Guests will have access to the flat and front patio/garden. We live in a village about 25 minutes drive from the property and will be contactable by phone or email as needed before and during the stay. The flat is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with free on-street parking. Within 5 minutes walking distance from the flat are a vibrant pub (around the corner), a small grocery store that opens til late, various food outlets to take out, a park and cafes. A 10-minutes walk (0.5 miles) takes you to the vibrant and charming city centre with independent shops, restaurants, cafes, and a range of cultural and leisure options, like the Pump Rooms Art Gallery and the Jephson gardens. The city is well connected by buses and trains to Coventry, Birmingham, the University of Warwick and other parts of the West Midlands as well as to the rest of the country. The flat is 1.2 miles away from Leamington train station. Leamington is a beautiful small town which is easy to know by walking. Yet it is also well served by its various bus lines, which take you around town or to nearby towns like Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, Kenilworth or Coventry -including to Warwick University campus which is 20-30 minutes away. Weekly cleaning is available for a fee.
