The house is located in Šumava region, 3 km from Nýrsko and 18 km from Bavaria. It lies on the periphery of the village Hodousice, in a remote area by the woods and meadows. The house has max. capacity 26 people in 4 apartments with a total of 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 4 kitchens and 3 living rooms. It also has a lounge with fireplace and children's corner. The house has a garden with terrace, barbecue and children's playground. It is possible to arrange horse-riding or to rent mountain bikes. The layout of the house is as follows: 1) Superior two-bedroom apartment with balcony, 90 m2 - for 8 people - living room with kitchen, two bedrooms (2 x 4 persons), bathroom with tub and toilet - fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware) - balcony - entrance from both bedrooms - washing machine 2 ) Superior two-bedroom apartmant, 70 m2 - for 7 people - living room with kitchen, two bedrooms (3 and 4 persons), bathroom with tub and toilet, entrance hall - fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware) - washing machine 3) Three-bedroom apartmant, 85 m2 - for 8 people - living room, three bedrooms (2x 3 persons and 1 x 2 persons), kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower/tub and toilet - fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware) - washing machine with dryer - private entrance from the garden 4) One-bedroom apartment, 30 m2 - for 3 people - one bedroom (3 persons), kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet - fully equipped kitchenette (cooker, fridge, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware) - private entrance from the terrace All apartments are also equipped with: - flat-screen TV, - hairdryer, - bath towels and towels. The house also includes: - spacious lounge with fireplace and children's corner, - terrace with barbecue, - large garden with children's playground. There is free wifi in the whole house. It is possible to ask for a cot including duvets and bedding and a dining chair, both for free. It is possible to rent mountain bikes or to ride a horse - for a fee. Extra charges: Upon arrival, a town fee of 25 CZK / person / night is payable on site in cash (only for adults over 18 years). The whole house is available for you. There will be nobody else in the house. During your stay I am available to you by phone or email. If necessary. I am available to you also personally, I live with my husband and two children in a neighboring house. Our guests most appreciate nature all around. The surroundings are very quiet, without tourists and bustle. Hodousice bus stop is 750 meters away and Nyrsko train station is 4 km away.
