Exciting local day trips for the family include the renowned 30,000 island boat cruise minutes away in Parry Sound and Santa's Village in Bracebridge just 40 minutes away. A generously-sized open concept kitchen has all modern appliances and spacious island perfect for eating breakfast. The coffee maker is a Nespresso. The modern interior layout features 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that have been thoughtfully decorated to provide a truly beautiful space. The main level master has a games room with an arcade machine with over 1000 games (please note this is currently broken and we are working on fixing it), a flat screen TV, as well as a unique wall mounted candy dispenser and pull out queen bed & couch combo. This room is perfect for the kids or just the kids at heart. The spacious living room provides ample space for your family to sit and relax in front of the tv or to simply enjoy each others company. For those cold winter fall and winter nights there is a gas fireplace for you to enjoy. For those who are staying for longer than a week or just for those who need to do laundry there is a spacious laundry room to the right of the front door with a second fridge for those who need a little extra space for food. On the upper level are 4 additional bedrooms, a perfect children's with a double bed & a lake-view guest room with queen bed, another guest room with a bunk bed and lake-view master bedroom with 3pc ensuite.  Outside of the cottage guests will find a spacious flat grassy area perfect for the kids to run and play. This property has North West Exposure perfect for defused sunlight. A muskoka room with seating perfect for meals outside uninterrupted by the bugs. If bugs are not your thing there is a bug an electronic bug zapper to keep those pesky bugs away. For those who prefer to be on the water this cottage comes with a paddle boat, 1 SUP Board & 2 kayaks. For those who prefer to swim Stewart Lake provides clear waters perfect enjoying all day. Bonus, for those with a Tesla this property also has a Tesla charger located directly outside the front of the property. Please note this property does have a candy dispenser which does have peanuts in it.
