Two comfortable bedrooms (1 bed 160 and 2 beds 90) each have their private shower area. A superb covered terrace opens onto the almond trees. Meals and relaxation will be welcome. In winter the pellet stove ensures maximum comfort. LEOZE: 120 m² gîte with upper floor and two covered terraces for 6 people A warm and very bright interior with on the ground floor a magnificent living room including an equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with pellet stove. The room opens onto a large covered wooden terrace. On the ground floor is also a sleeping area including a master bedroom with a 160 cm bed and ample storage. A shower room with basin and a separate toilet. Upstairs, an attic bedroom of 60 m² accommodates 1 bed 140 and two beds 90. On the same level there is a shower room with sink, storage and WC. The upstairs bedroom leads directly onto a sloping terrace suitable for reading and napping.
