Enjoy a break in rural Leicestershire with sole use of a cozy snug and full use of of the garden and kitchen. You will be guaranteed a warm welcome from Tam his lovely wife Steph and Foxy the dog Guests have sole use of their own comfy lounge with tv and fire Guests are welcome to make most of the sunshine in our lovely secluded garden which is blessed with the sun all day. But only during the good weather. Guest can make use of our kitchen and dining area. We have our own lounge. We are happy to provide any information on local amenities. Our home is two minutes walk from Melton Country Park. 15 minutes walk to the centre of Melton Mowbray with an array of shops, cafes and restaurants. Tesco’s two minutes walk. Melton Mowbray golf course 5 minutes drive. Twin Lakes Park half a mile away. We have on street parking. For any runners we are walking/ jogging distance to Melton Mowbray parkrun Guests can walk to shops and restaurants 15 minute walk. We are 1 Mile from Melton Mowbray train station. We have a well behaved border collie foxy lady.
