Bidwell Villa - In the middle of nature

The "Bidwell Villa" is one of a kind, quiet, modest and basic place with lot of good energy, available for short and log period, for couple, family's or for small and medium group up to 25 people. "Bidwell Villa" is perfect place for seminars and meetings like Meditation, Music, Yoga, Tai Chi, Dance, Creative writing... And also special place for groups or family's, nature lovers, that come specialy for extreme nature sports like Cycling, Walking or Skiing in karkonoski national park. This is a villa where the original design of the 70s and 80s of the last century was preserved, a wooden floor, whitewashed walls, many rooms and no load of items and the windows so that every guest could arrange his room or the whole villa at will. There is no television in order not to encourage you to stay in the villa and go to nature and travel in our charming area, both in the village and in the nature reserve, on foot, by bicycle or by car. We recently renovate the villa so that it can serve many guests (up to 25 people) for an extended period - in case your group is more than 16 people (The built-in limitation in airbnb) please let us know. Guest: Up to 25 people can access in all areas and rooms of the "Bidwell Villa", garden, fruit orchard, fields and Forests around - everything is open and free to our guests. Please update us on the exact number of guests who arrive as early as the reservation stage and as soon as possible before you come to us so that we can see the update of the reservation and arrange the villa accordingly. Dogs: We basically agree that families will come with the dogs but only educated and non-aggressive dogs ... We have had in the past unpleasant cases ... In any case, we started charging extra 152 zł for the dogs because of the damages that dogs cause to the villa and because of the extra cleaning we need to do after your visit. We also have very clear requests about the behavior of dogs in the villa and that we very much seek to respect and care for them. Behavior of Dogs: 1. Please, Please, don't let the dogs go up to the second floor. 2. Clean well after pee and poo. 3. Tie collar when going for a walk. 4. Ask the dog: " don't bark at night". 5. Put in the entrance of the house or outside the plate of food and water . 6. My neighbors have also dogs (they are good dogs), but please take care when let your dogs out of the house. 7. The most important thing is to call us the day before you come to the villa to remind us that dogs come with you and so we will inform our neighbors in advance. If the number of guests is over 16 people (The built-in limitation of airbnb), I will ask you to pay for the extra guests usind "Exsrta Services" in the airbnb app. We strongly recommend to families and groups to bring their own bath towels and kitchen towels, we supply blankets, sheets, pillows and bedding (obviously clean and laundered) up to 25 people - in case your group is more than 16 people (The built-in limitation in airbnb) please let us know. We earnestly ask to help us save energy and use electricity and gas cautiously and not leave lights and electric heaters work when leaving the villa. It is strictly prohibited and contrary to our practices to smoke indoors, do not light candles for good lighting or odor or any other purpose for fear of fires, do not light matches or fire for any reason other than the central heater in the kitchen.
