The 2nd floor is totally available for guests. The Nijreesbos is near. It's nice to walk on the Gravenallee to the castle of the duke (5 min. by bike). Almelo's center is on 5 min. by bike and on 20 min. by foot. Near to Preston Palace. You can park the car on the driveway for free. You have a privat bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a big roofterrace. You can use a small refrigerator. Fit for relaxing, walkers, bikers, holiday guests and businessmen. During the stay we are avaiblable if needed. The busstop to the center of Almelo and to Hengelo is on 2 minutes by foot. NS trainstation De Riet is on 15 minutes by foot. In advance the guests can choose a double or a twinbed. Free Wi-Fi Internet access included. Cleaning costs: 10 euro per stay, cashpay at the location.
