Bright, double room, close to Northern General

Lovely, sunny attic room available in my house. It has a double bed, desk, large wardrobe and plenty of storage; Virgin Cable TV and high speed broadband; Netflix. I have a small garden front and back Washing machine and indoor/outdoor drying space Shared kitchen, dining room and bathroom with bath and shower; toilet in bathroom and another downstairs Ten minutes walk to Northern General Hospital Bus stop three minutes walk away Lots of shops and takeaways close by Close to Meadowhall The bedroom is an attic room, with fairly steep (Website hidden by Airbnb) is bright and well heated in winter. Guests have access to a washing machine, a shared, well-equipped kitchen, microwave, fridge freezer etc. Breakfast is not provided but guests can help themselves to tea and coffee. I'm around a fair bit in the day time as I work partly from home, and I can usually be fairly flexible about arrival times etc, but would ask for approximate times of arrival so I'm not hanging round too much! I am close to several parks and green spaces, plenty of take-aways and a variety of good local shops. It is a very diverse area and there is not a lot, food-wise that you can't find locally! The house is ideally situated for the Northern General Hospital which is just a couple of minutes in the car or a 10 minute walk. The FlyDSA Arena and English Institute of Sport are approximately 1.7 miles away (34 mins walking) Walking to Meadowhall takes approximately 40 mins or 10 mins on a bike! I am on several good bus routes to get in to town (3 miles) and Meadowhall (2 miles). Plenty of taxis are also available - as is Uber. Junction 34 of M1 is just a 10 min drive away.
