BEST AIRBNB villa in Marathon (near Athens)

Lovely villa with amazing view next to the sea, located in Marathon. It is recently renovated and is fully equipped. There is television, oven, fridge, hot plate, heater, hot water, fresh towels and sheets, shampoo, soap and more. Suitable for family vacation. It is half an hour from the airport BUT we can transfer from airport to house alle-retour with 30 euro. We can also provide a guide tour to the ancient Marathon and archaeological place and museum as well as places to eat, swim. ***PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION The villa in Marathon is suitable for all kinds of guests including individuals as well as couples and families. It is located next to the sea (as it can be seen in the pictures). There are lots of beach bars and places to relax and enjoy swimming about 5 min from the house (on foot). The beach bars are located across the coastline all near the house. Marathon is an excellent choice to rent a bicycle as it is flat and you can move free and enjoy nature. (we can provide you with a mountain bike to enjoy your stay). The house is about 100m2 (s.m.). There are two floors. The first one includes a wc,a kitchen, a living room with sea view. The second one includes a bathroom ,two bedrooms with high quality matress and another foldable bed in case you request. There is amazing see view from the second floor. There is also a small room to put your luggage. Clean towels, sheets, soaps and all essential equipment for personal hygiene as well as basic breakfast is provided. We can also provide a guide tour to the ancient Marathon, Timbos and archaeological place and museum as well as places to eat, swim have fun etc. The guests will have access to: television, oven, kitchen, fridge, hot plate, heater, hot water, clean towels and sheets, shampoo, soap. It is also provided basic breakfast. The house provides two beds with high quality mattress , another foldable bed in case you request and also a couch. Guests will have access to a mountain bike. The guests can swim to the sea next to the house (as shown at the pictures). The villa is half an hour from the airport but we can transfer you from the airport to the house and back if you like but we would appreciate if you stay a week or so. We can be in touch through phone. We can provide information and a guide tour to the ancient Marathon, Timbos and archaeological place and museum as well as places to eat, swim have fun etc. There is a bakery, a pharmacy lots of taverns, bars and a cinema which are located near the house (village Marathon by the sea - 750 m away from the house). The other closest town is Nea Makri which is 10 minutes ( by car) away from the home. Nea Makri is a peaceful and safe town with everything you need, places to eat meals according to Greek culture , walk, have a coffee, souvlaki and gyro shops, caffes. There are lots of transportation methods. First by foot. The sea is next to the house and the nearest beach bar is 5 minutes on foot. The second method is by bike ( we can provide with a mountain bike ). The third method is by renting a car. We accept all types of travellers, families, couples, kids etc. Cleaning fee is one time fee to provide you with fresh essential in the house.
