Apartment on outskirts of Vilsbiburg

The Apartment is placed on an beautiful old farm on the outskirts of Vilsbiburg. The Apartmenthouse have a seperate own entrance and a free parking place infront of the house. A washingmachine and a dryer are also existing. Bicycles can be parked in the entrance of the house. The apartment itself has an seperate entrance with gardarobe and large wardrobe, a separate bathroom with shower and toilet and a large room of a fully equipped kitchen with 2 hotplates, refrigerator, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery and cooking utensils. A single bed (90x200cm), a large double bed (180x200cm) and a TV with DVD player are also provided. The two large windows face the courtyard and bring plenty of natural light into the rooms. Carpark is directly on our farm. The flat is in house number 100. The outskirts of the apartment brings a lot of nature and quietness. However, all shopping can be done on foot at the neighboring discounter Lidl (150m) or at Edeka (650m). A good baverian cuisine can be found only 850m away in the restaurant "Zum G'sellnhaus". Free parking is available in front of the propery. The railway station of Vilsbiburg is 2km away. If a travel bed or high chair is needed, this can of course be provided. Coins for the washing machine are ready.
