Newly renovated apartment in the center of Santander with quality materials. Composed of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them included in one of the double rooms with a large and spacious shower, and the other with a shower and whirlpool also very spacious and comfortable), kitchen, large living room, with lots of light. Two of the rooms consist of a double bed of 150 and the third of two single beds of 90 with a spacious wardrobe! It is a third floor without elevator but with very comfortable stairs to go up and down. It is 5 minutes walk from the town hall, 10 minutes from the pinchos area and more environment, and 2 minutes from two parking spaces. To itself, there are bus and taxi stops right on the parallel street. It is located in a very quiet but at the same time central, full of shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, hairdressers, pastry shops, butchers for all the needs that may arise. The apartment is equipped with all kinds of appliances (washing machine, iron, ironing board, drying rack, oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee machine ...) to make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. SUMMARY BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: -> bedroom with double bed of 150 and large wardrobe. It also has a bathroom included in the room with large and spacious shower. -> bedroom with double bed of 150, individual terrace, consists of a chest of drawers and a large coat rack to comfortably store clothes. -> bedroom with two single beds of 90, consists of a spacious closet. • The sofa in the living room becomes a bed of 90. We also offer the possibility of a 7th person sleeping if necessary • These last bedrooms can make use of the second bathroom, which has a hydromassage bath and shower. TERMS: The minimum stay is 2 nights in low season and 3 in high season. The months of low season are: from January to April except Holy Week, and from October to December except Christmas week. The months of high season are: May to September, Easter and Christmas.
