Situated in an enviable position at the edge of Salthouse village with stunning views across to the dunes and the sea to the front and unspoilt countryside to the rear, Fridays Barn provides very spacious accommodation for multi-generational families, couples or a group of friends looking for a coastal escape at any time of the year. The barn has extremely bright and spacious family accommodation with the lovely open-plan kitchen/dining room being the heart of the house. Tastefully decorated with a large dining table seating eight and a two seater sofa it's the ideal place for a gathering after a busy day out exploring the Norfolk coast. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen using the best of produce sourced locally, before retiring to the delightful sitting room with its cosy open fire and comfy sofas. Or if you don't feel like cooking, venture out to the nearby Dun Cow for some great pub food or Cookies Crab Shop for seafood delights. Or simply take out some fish and chips from Mac's Plaice, a local chip stall. With a downstairs bedroom, bathroom and shower room it is ideal for those with limited mobility and there are a further three bedrooms upstairs. The entire ground floor boasts lovely open views to the coast, great for birdwatching, and the rear of the property has a completely enclosed garden (great for the children). With the beach only a 10 minute walk away and the local pub and shop also within walking distance, you may want to stay put, but if you feel like venturing out, take the Coasthopper Bus right from Salthouse, and explore the many other coastal villages and beaches in either direction.
