Beautiful Peak District village.

Stone built house in lovely gardens with parking, centrally located in Great Longstone. Direct access to the Monsal Trail, great walking and cycling areas. Walking distance to 3 great pubs, with close access to Bakewell, Buxton Chatsworth House and Peak District attractions. Ensuite double bedroom with views to Longstone Edge. this is my home and i share it with guests in my double room and single rooms on a trust basis so no locks on the inside doors. happy to answer calls or texts when guests are staying If you like birds and great views of skies and limestone hills then you will love the view from your bedroom. The village is so peacefull but has a small shop as well as farm produce available. Great walking from the doir and the famous Monsal Trail is 500 metres away. There are 2 pubs within 3 minutes walk and one does takeaway during lockdown thursday to Sunday lunch. We have great cycling all round so it is worth bringing cycling kit as there is bike hire 1 mile away at Hassop Railway Station cafe opens daily at 9 all day every day when lifts Local buses run through the Peak district, there is a train station 15 minutes away at Grindleford and you can access Sheffield and Manchester. There are limited taxis as well plus bike hire in nearby Bakewell. No Uber
