.Located on the Kermarch site but away from the farmhouse/cottage are Maisons Madeleine and Marie converted from an old house and stable and offer bright, comfortable accommodation. Both properties share access to the swimming pool with the farmhouse/cottage. Madeleine is the larger of these two properties and sleeps 10 plus cot It has one double and one ground floor twin bedroom & upstairs are two family rooms each with a double & single bed.It has a ground floor shower room and a bathroom. The kitchen has an oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine, kettle,toaster & coffee maker,hand blender, ironing board, iron, clothes airer, hoover etc. Free WIFI Outside the french doors is a large lawned area which is ideal for people to sit and relax whilst their children play safely within view. +BARBEQUE Only 40 minutes from the coast you will find our lovely 17/18th century hamlet of Kermarch set in 4 acres of trees, fields and gardens. Here on site you will enjoy swimming in our professionally installed 12 x 6m heated, fenced swimming pool with a shallow end and Roman steps. The pool is heated and is normally open from the end of May to the end of September. The pool is sheltered and well positioned to be in full sun all day with tables, chairs, parasols and sun loungers to relax on. Also in the grounds is a boules court, trampoline with safety net, table tennis, children’s swing and slide, child s playhouse and activity centre, swingball, table football and badminton. We also have a large field that is kept cut for ball games (football, cricket and rounders) so that the young ones can play within sight but without disturbing the adults. Lots of space for parking in the grounds. Well behaved dogs may be accepted.There are 3 properties set in 4 acres at Kermarch with a large heated and fenced swimming pool and are suitable for large family groups/friends.
