This trendy, bright and airy studio with its own private access is within the peaceful curtilages of a gorgeous English Heritage Grade II listed Georgian townhouse, in a very quiet and private space, yet extremely close (a minutes walk or less) to the very centre of the very quaint Bishop's Stortford town. It is spacious and comfortable with everything you need for a great stay, whether for just a fab' long weekend away treat, perhaps a few months between home moves - or even longer. It sits in a third of an acre, private, secluded and manicured grounds, close to the very centre of the town and railway station, whilst benefiting from private, gated access parking and access to all restaurants, bars and amenities that Bishop's Stortford has to offer - without the need to pay for or use a taxi, saving travel costs (and/or your driving license!) whilst staying in a five star rated studio. Parking, kitchen with full utensils, full Sky TV package (sport/movies etc), and as much comfort as a person can enjoy. Please note that there is one flight of 13 concrete stairs and a wooden threshold step (so 14 steps total from driveway level) to access the loft studio/apartment. I am usually just a stones throw away and am very happy to help whenever my assistance may be required. Amazing, picturesque and fun town central location, yet it is 'countryside quiet', protected by a row of shops and surrounded by beautiful things and places to see. It's a short (c.10 minute) walk from the train station and central bus pick-up point which have excellent and fast direct access into Stansted Airport, central Cambridge and central London. If the owner is around he is usually happy to drop you off locally, say if it's raining or you just need a lift somewhere. The property and garden are comprehensively surrounded by cloud-recorded and monitored CCTV for the safety and protection our guests - and of course to ensure the property itself remains in good shape externally.
