Nice quiet room in Eindhoven

We offer you a nice quiet room on the ground floor of our house. You can use our downstairs toilet (shared with us) and the room has a sink with hot and cold water. There is NO shower available for you! We are only a few minutes from the airport, and only 10 to 15 minutes from the city center. In the neighboorhood there are a few shops/supermarkets and restaurants at walking distance. There is a busstop at 4 minutes, with direct links to the airport as well as the city center. We live in a quiet residential neighboorhood. We ask you to please keep the noise down, especially early in the morning and late at night, and not to disturb the neighbors. We don't rent out our house. We rent out a room in our home. You have a 20m2 room all for yourself, which you enter through the shared hallway where you can also find the shared toilet. The rest of the house is our private living space. We expect you to respect our privacy, as we will respect yours. There is free WiFi available for you. YOU HAVE NO SHOWER, only a sink. Because we work irregular hours we cannot define a check-in time. Depending on our schedules we will agree on a check-in time with you. Usually it is possible to leave your luggage here earlier in the day. After coming home from work, we will clean your room and let you know as soon as you can check in. We (my wife and I, our son and our dog) live in this house. We respect your privacy, and ask you to respect ours. As we all have jobs with irregular hours, you will probably hear us leaving the house early, or coming home late. We try to be as quiet as possible, and hope that you will do the same when entering or leaving the house. Our dog doesn't bark much, but it is a dog and he stays on the ground floor too, so you probably will hear him sometimes. Our home is in a quiet residential neighboorhood, close to the airport, and only 10 to 15 minutes by bus to the city center. There is a busstop at 200 meters from our house. From there you travel to the airport in about 5 minutes, and the city center and central trainstation in 10 to 15 minutes. We are easy to reach by car as well, as we are only 2 minutes from the A2/N2 highway. Please note that you only have use of a toilet and a sink, and NO shower. Smoking is prohibited in our house, and on the street in front of our house. If you smoke, you can go into the nearby park (50 meters).
