You will be charmed by our "cozy" apartment / duplex (about 40m2) and its 2 terraces, with views of the Ardèche. Its entrance is independent, on the 1st floor of a village house, typically Ardèche "Lanas". It is ideally designed for 2 to 3 people maximum. This apartment / duplex has the advantage of being through and the living room opens onto 2 terraces (tables and chairs + armchairs). It consists of a kitchen area and a dining / relaxation area with rattan armchair. The kitchen is equipped with 1 GM fridge / freezer, 1 induction hob (2 burners), 1 classic oven, 1 microwave and 1 dishwasher, but also 1 electric kettle, 1 Senseo coffee maker, 1 toaster. ., A large closet is at your disposal fully equipped, crockery, pots + household equipment .... The toilets are on this floor. On the upper floor, you have 2 bedrooms and 1 small bathroom. The bedroom of approximately 11 m2 is equipped with 1 140x200 cm bed with 200x200cm duvet and 60x60cm pillows + protections provided, bed linen is not provided. (supplement / 10 euros, on request). You have a wardrobe, 1 sofa and 1 TV + 1 fan for your comfort in summer. It is open on a large balcony overlooking the Ardèche. The bedroom of approximately 7m2 has 1 bed 90cm x 200 cm and 1 chest of drawers + 1 fan. The very cocooned bathroom is equipped with 1 Italian shower (65cmx110cm) and 1 sink / basin area, equipped with 1 guest towel and 1 shower mat (towels not provided / supplement 5 Euros). We can provide you with some baby accessories if necessary  (changing mat, bath, high chair and chamber pot). A washing machine is at your disposal in the hangar (in the courtyard) with clothes line and iron. Access to the apartment is via a private courtyard. This apartment is also ideally located for all sporting activities (cycling, walking, canoeing, etc.) The village of Lanas is very well placed, between Vogüé and Balazuc, 2 villages of character, and close to many sites to explore (Pont d'Arc, Grotte Chauvet…). Many villages are also to visit, because all as beautiful as each other ... You will find all the necessary shops at Vogûé-gare 2kms from Lanas, but you have 3 restaurants on the square in our village, open all summer season, for your pleasure !!!
