First floor, 2 bedroom apartment in a newly renovated triplex with private and secure entrance. Bathroom with shower, full kitchen, dining room, living room, and lovely front porch. Guest access There is street parking in front of the house, available for free and 24/7. You may use the driveway to load/unload. The 2 parking spaces in the back are reserved for the 2 upstairs units. Pets are welcome at all of our properties with a $30.00 fee per stay regardless of how many furbabies come.
