This beautiful house is located close to the Afsluitdijk. The spacious house has three bedrooms. The living room and the balcony offer a soothing view of the greenery. The garden behind the apartment also offers a view of this beautiful part of the Netherlands. The apartment is located 1 km from the Wadden Sea and 3 km from the IJsselmeer Lake and is thus an ideal place for water sports. Den Oever is known for its fish market. Every weekend you can buy fresh fish here. The surrounding area, especially the Robben forest is also ideal for walking and cycling tours. This region offers many cities which are worth visiting and you can also enjoy strolling there. Visit Den Helder located on the same side of the bank. Den Helder is known primarily for the Dutch Navy. Visit the facility free of charge in July, when there is often ‘a day of open door’. The city is also very convenient for shopping. Cross the bank (by car or bicycle; the bank is about 32 km long) to visit Sneek. Sneek has several old buildings and the water tower here is the oldest. The ‘Sneek Week’ with music and various water activities is a major event that lasts for a week in August. The city also offers many restaurants with seating gardens close to the water.
