Seaside Villa in Swedish Archipelago

My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). This house was built in 1864 and is an historic landmark. Over the past 20 years the owners have lovingly restored it and furnished it with antique pieces as well as pieces from their company St. Barths Home ( (Website hidden by Airbnb) Our home has been featured in magazines and books as an example of beautiful design and display of antique and reproduction Swedish Gustavian and Belgian pieces. The villa is located in the charming seaside village of Dalarö at the edge of the Swedish Archipelago where one can explore the many islands surrounding us. In the village one can enjoy a walk to pick up bread at the baker, fish at the fish market and stroll through the boutiques and pubs there. We are about a 5 minute walk to the beach and even closer to the seaside dock where one can swim and see the islands across the bay. We have many activities to enjoy here including tennis, golf, swimming, sailing and kayaking as well as taking ferries to the many islands here. We can assist you with the ferry schedules. As an American living here with my Swedish husband I can truly say this is one of the most charming spots around. We are only 40 minutes by car to Stockholm where one can enjoy all the culture , restaurants , and events offered there. Dalarö is a place where one can get away from all the stress of everyday work and life completely in a peaceful setting or one can chose to go into the city and enjoy the trendy restaurants and museums of Stockholm. We have the best of both worlds.
