Charming house for 4 near Bellème in the Perche

In an attractive countryside, ancient renovated house that accomodates 4 persons. A 6 persons version is also a available. Ground floor : dining room-kitchen of 25m². Cellar with washing machine, fridge and freezer. Bathroom (towels included). 30 m² drawing room with fireplace insert, radio/hi fi and television, wifi. First floor : On top of the staircase a single bed (80 cm), wardrobe. Large 20m² bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and single bed (90cm). Big garden of 3700 m² with 2 ponds. This place is our week-end and summer house to be yours entirely (except our own bedroom). It is an ancient house but newly renovated. The kitchen is equipped with oven, micro wave, fridge, induction plate, dish washer (dishcloths included). Many books in French, English, German and Norwegian. Board games (Scrabble, Uno, Nain jaune…) Bring your boots ! The entire house will be yours (except our own bedroom on the first floor) : Dining room-kitchen, cellar, bathroom, drawing room, and on the first floor, a small bedroom, a large bedroom. I'm always avalaible per phone, mail or sms. This house is located in a hamlet of three houses, 3 km from the village and 7 from the pretty town of Bellême. If you like the countryside, strolls in the forest or just enjoy a wonderful area, with picturesque country houses, lovely villages such as La Perrière, and many castles, it should suit you perfectly. Launay Margot is a hamlet of the village Gué de la Chaîne/ Belforêt en Perche. The nearest railway station is Nogent le Rotrou (30 km). It is necessary to have a car or a motorcycle. The road from the village continues to the house with a track of 700 m. We don't charge cleaning fees. Thank you for turning the house back in a good state : floors cleaned, dishes stored and bed linen removed. If you prefer to pay an extra fee for the clearing, it is possible : 50 € to be paid on the spot. The hamlet is very quiet. For everyone's respect please no excessive noise. Arrival and departure : beetween 12 and 6 pm.
