The Gems of Pinakates is a one of a kind BRAND NEW complex. It features five elegant two-level stone villas on an exclusive plot of land spanning 6,000 square meters. The complex is located on the Southern slopes of Mt. Pelion 300 meters above sea level and a tad beneath the village of Pinakates. Set in an enchanting olive grove, neighboring a traditional olive mill, all the private and communal grounds have breathtaking views of the Pagasetic Gulf that will remain forever unobstructed. The Interior Functional and cozy, yet eco-friendly and luxurious; that was our vision which we have breathed life. Ground floor 41.8m²: a double-height living room ceiling with exposed roof trusses, enormous sea-view windows, a fireplace, an ergonomic kitchen, and WC. 1st floor 41.8m²: two bedrooms, their bathroom (one is designed especially for kids), and an exit to the house’s private grounds. Loft 20.35m²: a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, overlooking the living room. With the utmost attention to quality, comfort, and elegance while meeting the highest standards of planning, workmanship, and materials the houses are beautifully designed, furnished, and thoughtfully equipped. The interior includes security doors, wooden frames, and double-glazed windows. The Exterior Features stunning landscaping and native gardens with indigenous fauna and flora, a playground for children, and elegant communal areas for gathering; dining; and leisure including a 21-meter exercise pool (not heated) and a sun deck. With privacy in mind, each villa has its own grounds and shared swimming pool. ince the Gems of Pinakates and its grounds face the West, sunsets on Mt. Pelion are glorious. In addition to the booked villa, guests have access to our outdoor area which includes: Outdoor pool, barbecue, garden, outdoor furniture, sea view etc. We have a few separate areas so kids could play together and families can get their privacy at the same time. We are always avilable for questions or any other help online or with our host in the area. THE VILLAGE OF PINAKATES Hidden on the Southern slopes of Mt. Pelion, almost untouched by time, the village of Pinakates is still very much unexplored territory. It was not before the late 1990’s that a road was built from neighboring Vyzitsa to Pinakates which until then was accessible only by foot or mule. Probably, for this reason, Pinakates is not only the least-known among Pelion’s cluster of villages, but it is also the best-preserved village in the region. Just 20 km from Volos the region’s capital, and in short walking distance from the villages of Vyzitsa and Milies, Pinakates is located 320 meters above sea level with fabulous Pagasetic Gulf views and dramatic sunsets. From the village square with its 1894 marble spring-fed fountain, a cobblestone path leads down the mountain to Kala Nera beach. In the past, this was the main route for people and goods between Pinakates, the village of Kala Nera, and the sea. In summer, Pinakates enjoys cool mountain breezes, and in winter there’s nothing more gratifying than to cuddle in front of the fireplace with sea and snow as far as the eye can see. To get around Pinakates renting a car it's mandatory, we advise to do so at the airport. All villages around are accessible with private car. **Children should not use the pool without adult supervision** You will find our manual just on the living room table.
