One large bedroom cottage with bathroom. Part of a 19th Century farmhouse set in 1 1/2 acre gardens. Mainline station/tube 25 mins walk & 4mins drive. 25 mins to London. 10 min to Pinewood & 15 to Leavesden. Convenient for HeathrowLuton. Perfect to explore the Chilterns/Grand Union canal/visit the Harry Potter Experience. Egyptian cotton sheets, fluffy gowns, SMART TV, teacoffee making facilities. Fridge and microwave on request. Room for 2 Adults and 1 child/baby. Breakfast on request. Large double room with room for a small child’s bed or a cot. Bathroom is with large shower. Own front door. Due to covid 19 we are closing off the breakfast room. Off street gated parking with own front door. Cottage is attached to the main house.Guests welcome to spend time relaxing in the garden with the chickens or sampling from our union jack inspired vegetable patch. Happy to help with navigation around the local area and make recommendations. Tea/coffee and cake/biscuits provided. Set in 1.5 acres of garden. We have chickens, goldfish, cat and a people friendly dog. A large Union Jack shaped vegetable patch and fruit trees help supply the breakfast table (seasonally). convenient position very close to the aquadrome/Rickmansworth town on the edge of the Chiltern hills with 100s of miles of country walks:bike rides. London 17miles and Harry Potter Studios. Good places to eat and drink on the doorstep. Easy 20 minute walk to Rickmansworth and 25/30 minutes to walk to the train station. Taxis readily available. Chiltern line train takes 23 minutes to Marylebone or Metrpolitan line is 30minutes to Baker Street. Room is also available with basic continental breakfast at £10 head per night.
