Greetham is a rural village situated in the North of Rutland, very close to Rutland Water which is internationally recognised as a globally important wetland site. Rutland offers lots of activities and interests around the reservoir (fishing, sailing, cycling, walking, Aqua Park and Golf). With two superb championship standard 18 hole golf courses, alongside a 9 hole par 3 Academy course, floodlit driving range and putting green, Greetham Valley is the perfect destination for golf in Rutland throughout the year. The Falconry and Owl Centre is home to a superb international collection of Birds of Prey Towns such as Uppingham, Stamford and Oakham are within an easy 20 min. drive. Public transport is limited, we advise guests to have access to a car. Hire of bicycles available at Rutland Water if you don't have your own.
