Villa Deseo - modern sea-view house

Villa Deseo is located in a quiet place between Zaharo and Kakovatos, 700m from the sandy beach, 20 min away from the Ancient Olympia and 5 min from the Kaiafas lake. It is ideal for families with kids, couples or travelers who wish to enjoy relaxing holidays and explore the ancient archaeological places of interest and local beauties, such as Temple of Apollo Epicurius, Kyparissia castle, Pylos and Neda Springs. A spacious apartment with 4 bedrooms (one of them is en - suite and one is an attic room), fully equipped kitchen, relaxing living room with TV and a big balcony around the house. Our visitors can use the outside shower, the front garden and the parking space. We will be there from time to time to water and take care of the garden. At the ground floor house, we will also be there from time to time, very pleased to help you. The beach is 700m from the house. The city center of Zacharo is 1,1 km away. Also Kakovatos village is 800m away. The neighborhood is characterized as quiet and family friendly. It’s very nice to have your bicycle in order to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Trekking is also enhanced! The villa is situated in a rural district, therefore can be heard from time to time the barking of the dogs that are located in houses which are around. The sea is suitable for water sports as windsurfing, kiteboarding, or surfing. Also at Kaiafa’s lake everyone can enjoy water ski ( there is a water ski school)
