Black Forest Cottage

The Black Forest Cottage is located in the heart of one of the largest Nature Parks in Germany “The Black Forest”. It is fully renovated and consists of 2 apartments for 8 people, a large terrace and balcony with views over the meadows and forests. The Black Forest Cottage has central heating and a wood stove downstairs. Both apartments are equipped with a large living room, a spacious kitchen and a modern bathroom. The living room has direct access to the spacious terrace or balcony with views over the garden, meadows and woods. The living room consists of a sleeping area with a double bed 180x200 cm, a dining area and a living area with TV and a cozy sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher and a stove. A second sleeping area is equipped with a double bed of 140x200 cm. The Black Forest Cottage has a large garden that can be used by the guests. For the little guests there is a traveling cot with a nappy change, 2 buggies, and a toilet seat. In the cellar you will find: - Drinks such as wine, beer, apple juice etc with a price list - Barbecue for the garden - Clothes line for inside - Vacuum cleaner - Vacuum cleaner for the oven If you have any questions regarding your stay please ask my sister Jutta Rösemann. She will take care of the Black Forest Cottage, as I am most of the time in Australia. There are bus services from Pforzheim. The Black Forest Cottage is situated in Salmbach/Engelsbrand on the north-eastern part of the Black Forest in Baden-Württemberg. Salmbach with an altitude of 590-650 m has 900 residents and is the smallest of the three villages that are combined into Engelsbrand. Engelsbrand belongs to Enzkreis in Baden-Württemberg located about 10 km from Pforzheim, 16 km from Wildbad, and 35 km from Karlsruhe. Salmbach is situated on the route from Pforzheim to Schömberg, and is surrounded by mixed forests and meadows, that offer extensive hiking possibilities in a healthy stimulating climate. A special feature in Salmbach is the Waldhufen History Museum which is located in the centre of the village.
