Converted Granary and Loft in the Countryside
The Granary is the two storey grain store and loft situated on the edge of the courtyard garden of the family home with a private front door and access. The accommodation was originally part of a stud farm, producing famous stallions. It is substantial and spacious with beams and views to the paddocks at first floor. The ground floor living space has a fine small kitchen alongside a comfortable dining and lounge area. Free parking on site and separate boiler house provides heating and hotwater. As can be seen in the pictures the stair is open to the living area and maybe less suitable for some. Smoke and Heat alarms are fitted and the separate boiler space mean no carbon monoxide alarm. There is plenty of space for a 'truckle' bed. We are usually in if you need anything but tend to leave you to your own space however, please feel free to text or call if you have any questions. There are wonderful walks and gastro pubs close-by. Having lived here for years we have plenty of suggestions of day trips and places to eat but we have also left a welcome pack providing further details. The Granary is located in the village of Adstock nestled between Winslow and Buckingham. Adstock provides easy access to many places of interest including Addington Equestrian Centre, Stowe House and gardens, Silverstone and Bicester Village. Milton Keynes is located 15 minutes away and London is easily accessible by train 33mins. Closer to home there are plenty of local supermarkets and the excellent Old Thatch Inn gastro pub is within walking distance if you don't fancy cooking and we provide an excellent place to stay for many wedding reception party's. Many rambles, cycles, walking routes and bridle paths are closely accessible as are the badminton centres, concerts and theatres of Milton keynes and surrounding ares.
