Beautiful room, 26 sm, in a 96sm apartment for short term travellers or temporary residents (also longer possible) in unconventional old factory ensemble. Good S and bus connection to Darmstadt and Frankfurt. Free parking in front of the house. Free wifi. The open loft apartment of 96 square metres is located in a historic factory ensemble 7 kilometres from Darmstadt. The room is at the back of the apartment. Own guest toilet. Bathroom will be shared with me. Fully equipped kitchen. WLAN, which can be used free of charge. There is a washing machine in the basement and a dryer in the apartment. (Use incurs an extra charge) Large beautiful garden. Guests arriving by car will easily find a free parking space in front of the house. Jogging or going for a walk in the nearby forest. Sauna in the nice fitness studio nearby (200 m) !!! (Day ticket 15 euro) PS1: I have a cat!!! PS2: Not suitable for smokers! One private room, wooden floor, tastefully furnished and well equipped for working and sleeping, bed of 1,40 m, guest WC, shared bathroom, open Kitchen and living room. ... a few organizational things especially for long-term guests: I am happy to help with organisational matters or questions, but I do not offer hotel services.:-) You should be organize the most things by yourself, also things which concern the maintenance of the room or the household. Special events, such as sightseeing tours in the surrounding area or other driving or organisation services can be requested from me. ;-) Guests arriving by plane should use the airliner to Darmstadt HBF. This is very practical and fast. From the HBF Darmstadt I can pick up guests if i-m not at work. Direct transfers from and to the airport can be arranged for a fee. Near to Darmstadt (8), Frankfurt (40 km), Heidelberg (60). Beautiful landscape: Odenwald, Pfalz, Appartement ist the city, but has forest before the front door. Nice neighborhood, nice architecture.
