Room in a clean, friendly family home

Small double bedroom, shared bathroom and kitchen. Free WiFi and smart TV in bedroom, situated on best bus route in Sheffield...close to local shops, Lloyd bank and post office. Neighbours are very friendly and easy going, we also have three indoor pet ferrets and a Yorkshire terrier, the dog is overly friendly, the ferrets , well one mainly, can be mischievous but otherwise they are ok...NOT SUITABLE FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS...SORRY It's in a quite neighbouring area Guest access the booked bedroom, have access to shared bathroom and kitchen I am available at all times The neighbourhood is mainly peaceful, also close to local amenities i.e lloyds bank, butcher shop and other food stores including the co-op Good bus routes, easy access to #52 and 52a buses same applies to the #30, #7, #24 and #25 The price per guest is £30 and £15 for second guest if booking for two people.
