La Pommeraie, petite maison de campagne 🍎

La Pommeraie est idéalement située pour les amoureux de la nature au cœur de la campagne normande. La maison est dans un hameau, à quelques pas de la voie verte, l'ancien chemin de fer qui part de Domfront jusqu'au célèbre Mont Saint Michel. Parfait pour les cyclistes, les randonneurs et ceux qui aiment se promener dans les bocages normands. Dans la maison, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour agréable avec la cuisine récemment rénovée et le salon confortable avec un poêle a bois. Dans la grande chambre, il y a un lit pour deux personnes et un endroit pour suspendre les vêtements. Dans la deuxième chambre, sous les combles, il y a deux lits chauffeuses. Cette chambre est idéale pour un ou deux enfants. La ville de Barenton est à seulement 2 km avec un bar et un restaurant, une boulangerie et une épicerie. La ville de Mortain est à seulement 10 km avec des supermarchés, des bars, des restaurants et des plats à emporter. Mortain est l'emplacement de La Petite Chapelle, le point culminant de la Manche, avec une vue panoramique où vous pouvez voir jusqu'au Mont Saint Michel par temps clair. La ville médiévale de Domfront est à 15 km, avec une belle architecture, des rues pavées, de nombreux restaurants, bars et boutiques ainsi qu'un château en ruine avec des jardins à explorer. La Pommeraie is a traditional stone and cob house built in the early 1800s. Inside you will fine a comfortable living space with a recently installed log burner at your disposal for chilly evenings and a newly refurbished kitchen. There is a shower room with toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs is the main bedroom with double bed, a small room with two futons, suitable for use a bedroom for up to two children and another half bathroom with toilet and sink. Outside there is a peaceful enclosed garden, where you can sit in the shade of the cherry tree and look out across the neighbouring orchard. The cottage is situated in a quiet hamlet just a few steps away from the famous Voie Verte, a disused railway line that runs from Domfront to the Mont Saint Michel. Now a haven for walkers and cyclists as a beautiful way to explore the Normandy countryside. The town of Barenton is just 2km away with a bar and restaurant, bakery and grocery store. The town of Mortain is just 10km away with supermarkets, bars, restaurants and take-aways. Mortain is the home of La Petite Chapelle, the highest point in La Manche, with a panoramic view where you can see all the way to the Mont Saint Michel on a clear day. The medieval town of Domfront is 15km away, with beautiful architecture, cobbled streets, many restaurants, bars and boutiques plus a ruined chateau with gardens to explore.
