A typical Portuguese schist house, that has been lovingly restored from a ruin, which has two bedrooms, a kitchen/lounge and modern bathroom. This house has a lovely veranda overlooking the terraces and stream which runs through the bottom of the property. (More photos to follow soon) We now provide unlimited 4G wi-fi, so the property is suitable for remote work use. Portuguese TV channels. Full central heating in the property. The pet fee is fully refundable if no extra cleaning is required or damages. Our price does not increase in the Summer months. This house is situated further down the mountain from our other house, Quinta da Castanha. It is totally separate and private and can be rented for 4 people but also offers opportunities for larger families (up to 8) to holiday together renting both houses.
