Beautiful Townhouse in Tintigny in the Gaume

Beautiful and large Town house in the heart of the village of Tintigny in the Gaume, ideal for family reunions or gatherings with friends. Although the garden is still partly to be renovated, you will already be able to enjoy from a large terrace at the rear of the house, that looks out over an enclosed garden and will offer you a beautiful view of the surrounding nature and the Semois. At the front of the house you have space for 4 to 6 cars. Linen can be hired. The house was built in 1930 and the style was maintained during the renovation works. The ground floor receives up to 15 people in an open kitchen and a long dining table. The former dining room is now a room with a table tennis, table football and board games. In the lounge you will find a television set and the heat comes from a pellet stove. The renovated bathrooms on the floors are common to the six bedrooms. Bed sheets and bath towels are not provided. These can be ordered in advance at the following rates: pack double=12 € - pack single=10 € - pack hand towels (1 large, 1 medium + flannel) = 8 €, pack hand towels (1 medium + flannel) = 5 €. Please contact us. Otherwise, please provide sheets for 8 beds of 90 to 200 and for 2 beds of 140 to 200 and for 2 beds of 160 * 200. If desired, a foldable travel cot for babies is available. In the garden a BBQ for charcoal is provided. You will find a garden table and chairs. 90% of the rent goes on the property, 10% on the furniture. Departure (11h) and Arrival (17h) is smooth on demand every day except Monday and Friday. At the front of the house, a large parking area is being developed and a carport for 4 cars is available. We will do our best to answer you as soon as possible. The house is located in the heart of Tintigny in the Gaume region, on the central lane. Although at the front of the house the traffic drives to its destination, at the back of the house you benefit from more tranquility and a beautiful view of the nature reserve of the Semois. The house is located at the foot of various marked hiking routes that start in the village itself or the adjacent villages. You are 15 miles from Arlon, the capital of the Belgian province of Luxembourg, and 9 miles from Florenville, the tourist center of the Gaume region and commercial town with shopping even on Sundays. Orval Abbey is only 10 miles away. For maintenance reasons, the house can be rented for the weekend, for weekdays for periods of 3 days. For other periods, do not hesitate to send us your request.
