Take a jog on the beach, go to the natural ocean waterfalls, drive a quad motorcycle on a deserted beach, buy fresh fish from the local fisherman's market, cool down at the pool, grill on the BBQ, play ping pong, soccer or cards with the kids, watch turtles lay eggs. All in a family environment with great warm weather all year around. Nearby restaurants, bars, tours and more. For groups larger than 16 or parties, previous notification is required, additional fees may apply. Guest will have full access to the house, beach, pool, kitchen. If the guest is renting less than 5 bedrooms, the unoccupied bedrooms will be locked and the guest will have private access to all other areas, the house will not be shared with other guests. Owner does not live in the property, all is done via internet, phone. There is a housekeeper and groundskeeper who live in a separate house who provide service to the home, including one daily cleaning, support, etc. Guest has the option of hiring a cook to prepare all meals, clean, etc. It is a very private beach, only homeowners have beach access. The closes public beach is 3 kms away. Pochomil is the closest beach to Managua, only 1 hour away, most guests travel directly to/from the airport the same day. We offer one day free car rental, that can be picked up at the airport, there are local taxies and transportation can be arranged through Budget Rent a car. Home is fully furnished, including linen, towels, kitchen utensils, etc.
