The very romantic and outstanding holiday home ‚Magnolia‘ is located in the beautiful Varazdin region. It offers a direct view to the historic Trakoscan Castle which was built in the 13th century. The outstanding landscape and lovely nature invites visitors to relax, to hike and cycle. In 2020 ‚Magnolia‘ was completly renovated and luxuriosly furnished – on 100m2 floor space a dream of living comes true: an indoor fireplace, dishwasher, satellite TV, fast wifi, a well kept garden with barbecue facilities (electric Grill available). In 100m2 living space (fully equipped large living kitchen, a double bedroom and a guest room with a pull out bed) families and couples (two possible) will find a great living experience. The entire house is non smoking. Smokers may use the covered terrace. With respect to all guests suffering from allergies and hygine reasons, pets are not allowed. In the near surroundings (35 km) there are two popular thermal baths of Ptuj and Trapinske Toplice, a spectacular 18 hole golf course also in Ptuj. To the faboulous old city centre of Varazdin it is also about 35 km by car. Distances/Travelling by car: Graz 120 km (1h 30), Zagreb 80 km (1h) The area offers a variety of possibilities, wonderful walks around the lake, including a carriage ride to the castle. You can enjoy the wellness area with sauna and swimming pool in the nearby hotel every day. There are numerous possibilities for sports enthusiasts: hiking to the Ravna Gora, starting directly from the villa, cycling or simply walking around the lake. The nearby sights such as a guided tour of the medieval castle or visits to the concerts and other cultural events that regularly take place in the castle are recommended. The Tuheljske Toplice Thermal Spa is 42 km away, Krapinske Toplice Thermal Spa 35 km and Rogaška Slatina Thermal Spa 38 km away. The nearest airport is in Zagreb, 92 km away.
