Villa is one-of-a-kind, spacious & comfortable retreat on the ocean. A beautiful & tropical oasis ready to fulfill your dream vacation getaway to relax w/ your feet in the sand. The villa is in Arroyo, PR & comes w/ everything you need to spend some time away. King & Queen size beds, sofa & couch, dining table, bathroom w/ shower, dedicated a/c in all rooms, Wi-Fi & TV. Full kitchen & outside living area w/ BBQ & wet bar. Check out our guidebook for local favorites around the area! Villa is located in the rear of the Campomar Community. The space inside is a retreat from the sun and elements. Outside you step into nature with the ocean directly in the backyard. You can expect to find many types of wildlife including iguanas, parrots and many types of marine species such a sand dollars and sea stars. Please do not remove any live animals from their habitats. Guests will access the community through the front gates. Parking is available for one car only directly in the driveway in front of the villa. Please be advised that parking is strictly enforced by the association. We do not live on the property but are available through the AirBNB app to answer any questions. Our contact information is in the lobby in case of an emergency. The property is in a mostly rural area with quick access to roads and major throughways. Parks, recreation, restaurants, supermarkets, and more all located within a few miles. The villa is located in a fairly rural area with little to no public transportation available. We recommend a car to get around. Laundry is available on the premises in the club house. Guests may access and use club house and recreational areas such as tennis and basketball courts and pool but must abide by posted rules.
