The Cowshed is brand new conversion designed with a luxury stay in mind. Funky brickwork and an on trend colour scheme set the scene. The space is light and airy with double bifold doors and multiple velux windows. We have Italian stone flooring throughout with cosy rugs, stylish sofa, underfloor heating and electric blinds to name a few. A fabulous 50 inch TV, a toasty freestanding gas fire gives the living area a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen/living room is open plan and has high vaulted ceilings with original exposed beams. In the bedroom we have a super comfy bed and luxury linens, along with a space to hang your clothes and enough room under the bed to store your case. The beautiful en suite wet room contains a rainfall shower, side shower and body jets. There is a luxury stone basin and heated towel rail with fluffy towels and bathrobes provided. Shared Access Driveway, Free Parking on site outside owners house. Private Self contained Barn Annex with Private Hot Tub, Patio Area, Kitchen/Living Area and Bedroom with en-suite shower room. I live in the main house on site and will be available to help answer any queries in person or on my mobile if I am away. We love the location here it is perfect for walkers and runners alike. We have direct access to Sanders Park and multiple walks straight from the door. We are in a countryside setting with the added bonus of being able to walk into the town centre via Sanders Park. You can walk directly from the property to the town centre via sanders park. We are situated at the edge of sanders park on a beautiful wooded area. Our local train station is Bromsgrove 5 min drive/taxi away with trains to Birmingham New Street every 15-20 mins.
