Family home & garden - dogs and cats welcome
Our 3 bedroom home is ideal for families. We are surrounded by countryside & playgrounds, we are not too far from the sea & are close to Goodwood & Arundel. London is approx 1hr on the train. It's ideal as a base for guests visiting nearby family & for exploring south-east England. With a trampoline, swing, mini goals & paddling pool available - it's great for families with young children. (An added note: This is not a hotel or B&B accommodation - it is our home that we rent out when we travel.) On the first floor there is a double bed with en suite (the other two rooms are our offices and unavailable to use). On the second floor there is an ensuite superking bedroom and also a second room with 2 single beds. There is also a conservatory filled with toys, books and puzzles. In the lounge there is Apple TV & Freesat. There is a trampoline and swing in the garden, and a paddling pool available to use (kept in shed). This house can comfortably cater for a mixture of adults and children. The house is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults (we do not allow adults to sleep in our childrens' beds). You will have access to most of the house, excluding office on the first floor (neither of these rooms are included in the listing or the price you are paying). We will not be at home but family is close by to help. Our neighbourhood is very safe. There are plenty of playgrounds close by as well as a Sainsburys and village shops and pubs. Fishers Farm, loved by kids, is just 5 minute drive away. Brighton and Chichester are 45 mins and 30 mins drives respectively. London is around 1 hour on the train. The house is just a 3 minute drive to Billingshurst train station, or a 10 minute walk. You can get to London or Brighton in an around an hour. We only accept guests who have been positively reviewed by other Airbnb hosts.
