Nice holiday home in Playa Flamenca on the Spanish Costa Blanca

Our holiday home is located south of Torrevieja (Playa Flamenca) in a well maintained and gated community, accessible only to owners and tenants. The sea is about 500m as the crow flies from the house and can be seen from the large roof terrace. A well-kept community pool with seating and lounging possibilities belongs to the house. There you can swim, splash and indulge in the sun. The house has a size of 90m² on 2 floors with 2 terraces and offers with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living / dining room and a small kitchen enough space for up to 6-8 people. In the living / dining area and in the upper bedroom there is air conditioning for heating or cooling. In addition, in the living room a fireplace, in addition to an infrared heater. In the evenings, the harbor promenade of Torrevieja and the "LaZenia Boulevard" invite you to stroll, shop and dine. The Valencian region with its provinces of Castellón and Alicante is not only Spain's fruit and vegetable garden, but also the Spanish coastal zone with the largest beaches. The Southern Costa Blanca is a popular holiday region with its 360 sunny days a year. Even in winter, the average temperature is 18 ° C and you can lunch on the terrace or sunbathe. At night it gets a bit cooler, but our infrared heaters and the air conditioning heat everything in a few minutes. In the area there are some salt lakes (Salinas), which creates a microclimate with mild winter temperatures due to their high water evaporation. Long and many sunny days, rare rains and clean air are the climatic characteristics of this area.
