King size temperpedic bed in one bedroom and bunk beds plus a single bed in the second bedroom. Gym, heated parking and ski/bike storage are included. Vaulted ceilings, two decks, fire place, iPod docking station, full cable package with 2 Tv's. Quiet top floor location. Private hot tub. Heated slate floors, granite countertops, coffee bean grinder and ice maker. Shared barbeque on ground floor, secure ski and bike locker, gym and heated parking. I live at the resort part-time and am a text or phone call away. There is a small grocery and liquor store 2 blocks away near the gondola plaza. Several casual restaurants are open with varying hours all within a few blocks. A playground is also with walking distance. At the resort, walking is ok. Getting to Golden (nearest town) requires a car. The building has an "all quiet from 10pm to 7am" policy. Major infractions are fined $500 per occurrence. There is secure storage in the main floor lobby as bikes and skis equipment are not allowed in the unit.
