Expect to enjoy the SEA view every second of your stay. Just footsteps away from the beach, on the same block. Beautiful decor fills this large seaside bright & clean Condo. It is a mix of a Condo and a Loft as it has a spacious layout and is built in a Condo complex! Many things to do in walking distance, from nightclubs, beach bars, to child-friendly cafes, volleyball&soccer fields to long beaches ranging from sand to rocks! Oh and did I mention FREE Crystal waters & Clean beaches. This exotic Condo offers a sense of excitement, happiness, and breathtaking views. View all the photos to have the best idea of the condo, we have been very detailed in the photo descriptions! Huge Discount for a month stay (30 days) Big Discount for weekly stay (7 days) Prices and special accommodations can be met, such as assistance from airport, a child sitter or a flexible check in check out time. We have used real wood for our top floors and ceiling which makes all the difference. In addition, our decorated brick fireplace gives another artistic touch. The balcony and the upstairs are my favorite places. The balcony has always been enjoyable, as you can view people passing by, smoke freely, have drinks at night or enjoy your morning cafe and getting the best views of sunrise and sunsets. Every room has a window and has shutters of their own, with mosquito nets and blackout metal sliders and curtains so you can adjust the wind & the brightness levels throughout your stay. * important info and general knowledge about security deposits: The security deposit is not money you spend. It is a security measure to ensure safeness and fairness. Every hotel, hostel & rental has one as it is a deposit of the amount of money that can be withheld from your account Only in the event of incidentals. For instance, if the guest spills a glass of red wine on a white carpet, and the cleaning fee for the carpet is 10$ then you will be charged those 10$. In hotels, they may charge you a fee when you go off say 150$ for incidentals, but also have a security deposit of hundreds of thousands of dollars But instead, with Airbnb, this money is not taken from any account, until after if in the event of an incident. Another example would be, if the guest has broken any house rules, or lied, such as booking the room for rent for 4 guests, but sneak in 4 more guests to avoid extra guest fees, then Airbnb will charge your uninvited guest from your account and any of their additional fees. So in short, don't lie, clean up after yourself and respect our house so we can continue to be on Airbnb and share with you our home. *Always contact me if you would like to book the room, we can change the pricing or if you want to rent for a long period we can make a rental agreement *Open to film crews and as a Location Spot- Film, TV, Commercial & Editorial Purposes DM me for details :) Everything in the house is guest accessible. Besides one locked closet upstairs. There is a PRIVATE balcony in the front with sea views and an EXTRA shared balcony in the back as you walk pass as you enter the house. When you are returning from the beach feel free to use to the pool shower, located in the front courtyard next to the pool (which is not currently working, but the shower is!). We always use it at least to clean off the sand on our feet before entering the house. Shared balcony in the back. I usually put my drying rack out on the shared balcony for the wet towels and beach ware after we arrive from the beach as we lock the bottom door and everyone has never had any incidents in the building as people leave their bicycles and personal belongings on the shared balconies. *We even have a few beach towels & chairs or beach fun stuff for your personal use *some of the beach stuff that we can provide upon request are: chairs, sunbeds, beach towels, water goggles, water sports rackets and balls Pimi or Ria will be available to answer any of your questions. Pimi is the primary host. Pimi can ALSO provide the keys in Athens, or at the airport if that is more accommodating so directions can be easier. What makes this area unique is the extravagant combination of mountainous land and crystal waters. The neighborhood is a safe place for all ages, and a fun spot. It has been known by many as the "Mykonos of the Peloponnese" as the beach bars and night clubs fill up with entertainment and dancing. Over the year they have many festivals where many gather for traditional Greek dance and lots and lots of home cooked foods. Saint name days, such as the 15th of August (Maria name day) is known as one of the biggest celebrations in Greece and the Aigeira-Akrata area is the maximum capacity. The municipal unit stretches from the Gulf of Corinth, where the town Aigeira is located, to the mountains in the south. The town Aigeira is 150km (93mi)from The center of Athens, 178km (110mi)from Athens International airport, 26 km (16 mi) southeast of Aigio, 55 km (34 mi) northwest of Corinth and 55 km (34 mi) east of Patras. The best thing about our home is the Location!!! According to the map we are 50-100 feet from the water in front of our home!!! 1000feet walking distance to the Football/Soccer field from the Condo. The walking distance town next to Aigeira is Akrata, which has a larger selection of bars and clubs and beach cafes that you can take the walk from the beach or the main road. It is visible from the apartment and has more of a small rocks beach, whereas the location of the condo and in general Egira/Aigeria has a more sandy beach form. Parking is on the street, Very easy to park anywhere, and we always find parking within a few steps walking distance. The bus has a stop in Akrata, which I believe to be the most convenient as there is also a taxi station there, if you don't have much luggage you can also walk. It is ideal to have a car, So we can help you explore the area and cool locations surrounding, such as smaller hidden beaches or to get to Coral beach bar which is beautiful and 15min away driving. Regardless I spend most of my summers without a car in this house, as I enjoy walking and if I ever needed to go further Id call a car, or take the local bus. Supermarket and essentials are a few blocks away and due to the lack of humidity at night Its an enjoyable walk to the nearby towns. *Pool is not working. But when you are returning from the beach feel free to use to the pool shower. We always use it at least to clean off the sand on our feet before entering the house. **Shared balcony in the back. I usually put my drying rack out in the shared balcony for the wet towels and beach ware after we arrive from the beach. ***The Price is a set rate for four people- and an additional amount for any persons over that initial three per night(--GREAT DEAL--), and we can host up to 8 people. For a larger group contact us so we can discuss.
