At about 1500 meters there are wonderful beaches: Melenara, Hoya del Pozo and Salinetas, a fishing pier and a kilometer promenade very carefully. The house is in a very central place 12 km. from the capital, 7 km. from the airport, 30 km. from Playa del Inglés and 1.5 km. from Melenara Beach   The neighborhood is familiar (not tourist area). In its surroundings we can find large commercial areas (approximately 2 km from the house): Alcampo, Las Terrazas, El Mirador, Decathlon, ...
