**FEMALES ONLY** 15 mins bus to Watford; 8 mins walk to Harry Potter Studios; comfy luxury mattresses & a wardrobe for your clothes & bags. Shared conservatory/lounge & breakfast/kitchen to chill and have your meals. NO ALCOHOL OR PORK (and other meat); fish & eggs ok, AND no food or drinks in the bedrooms. Water & medication ok. Great for solo adventurers, business travellers, & families (with kids) you can book a 2nd guest & the room will convert to a twin room with similar luxury bed. The accommodation is for FEMALES ONLY, with an option to accommodate a second female guest for an additional charge. The TWIN ROOM setup consists of a trundle bed which raises to the same level as the single bed. The room has been UPGRADED with extra touches to provide our guests with an even more comfortable stay. Please note; we have adopted a kitten who will be 17 weeks at the end of October; Meishka (Russian for Baby Bear) is friendly, calm and lots of fun; he is an indoor cat and stays on the ground floor only and is mostly in our private lounge area, ground floor bedroom (when it's not occupied), and shared conservatory. He doesn't go upstairs at all and you wouldn't even know there was a cat living with us! I'm actually allergic to cat fur, hence why he doesn't sleep upstairs. Shared kitchen/breakfast room, downstairs cloakroom & under stairs cupboard to place coat/shoes and a beautiful conservatory to relax and soak in the atmosphere and enjoy your tea and snacks. We interact as much, or as less as, is required by the guests. The focal meeting point after welcoming our guest, will be the shared Kitchen/Breakfast room My locality is full of greenery and great walks. If you are a Harry Potter fan, Warner Brother Studios is about 10 minutes walking distance. Watford Town Centre is a great shopping experience and is a 15 minute bus ride. Also there is a direct bus no. 10 to Watford General Hospital is a 20-25 min journey. There is also a small grocery store and postoffice 2 mins away. Motorway links are very convenient for the M1 & M25 The Number 10 bus, around the corner from home goes into Watford Town Centre and takes you to Watford Junction Station where you can take a train to Central London/Euston in 20 minutes For your stay you will have access to the kitchen to help yourself to coffee or tea and have a bite to eat. We offer our guests 'all-day' breakfast for 7 days of their stay! The conservatory/garden room is also available to relax and have your meals. Please note the following due to COVID: -our co-host is still listed but not active until further notice - we need more notice to prepare, clean and sanitise each cosy space & shared areas for our guests check-ins, that’s why earlier check-ins will be dealt individually -my partner & I are also resident at our cosy home and we have our own en-suite shower room -we continue to host only female guests and have a total of 3 cosy spaces for guests, so you could be sharing the family bathroom with other female guests during your stay.
